1. Protocol Usage
By accessing WorkChain, connecting a Web3 wallet, or executing smart contract transactions, you agree to comply with these terms. You are responsible for maintaining control of your private keys and wallet security.
2. Escrow & Smart Contracts
WorkChain provides smart contract infrastructure for escrow, dispute arbitration, and WNS domain resolution. Transactions confirmed on-chain are final.
3. Marketplace Conduct
Users must refrain from submitting fraudulent proposals, malicious software, or deceptive job listings. Application bonds price out spam and preserve marketplace integrity.
4. Limitation of Liability
WorkChain is decentralized software. Users interact with smart contracts at their own risk and are responsible for verifying transaction parameters prior to execution.
